Meet Vicki

Vicki Whitby

I’m Vicki, an integrative psychotherapist with a background in person-centred and creative psychotherapy, mindfulness, and mental health and wellbeing work.

Over the past eight years, I have worked across community, educational and private practice settings, supporting adults, young people, carers and people navigating a wide range of emotional, psychological and life challenges.

My approach has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience. My own experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, coupled with focused training in neurodiversity-affirming practice, has deepened my interest in identity, self-understanding and the ways we make sense of ourselves over time.

I also have particular training and interest in working with anxiety, chronic illness, burnout and depression, alongside the experiences that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves.

In addition to offering individual therapy, I have facilitated wellbeing groups, mindfulness sessions, creative workshops and educational support programmes. I bring this breadth of experience into my work as a therapist, while adapting the work to the person in front of me.
